Image Picker

This is the best option for your surveyor, when you want them to choose from images instead of text choices. Edit the question by clicking on question 1 and upload the images by clicking on pencil icon on image.

Also, you can change the Image order by clicking the next icon to the pencil icon. You can move the image and change the order of images very easily.
