This option will help when you want your surveyor to answer as YES or No. It will be a button as shown in below image, Surveyor just needs to push the button to one side, whether it can be a YES or it can be NO.

Also By clicking on test survey, you can check whether it is working fine or not. Attached is the image for your reference.
